Isis Ishtar

As she only duels "onscreen" once, we don't see much of Isis's deck in canon - just know its basic objective (causing the opponent to mill via "Exchange of the Spirit"). The following decklist combines her manga-canon deck and cards from her video game decks to serve this same basic purpose.
